How much should a manager charge his tenant to do a lawn? ?
I rented a house and pay $650 per month. It is a modest size house on a large property and I agreed to handle all of the mowing. When April arrived, my manager started mowing my lawn on his tractor. I came out and told him that we would handle it, but we could only take the lawn in sections b/c we just have a push mower and can't do it all at one time. Then throughout May and June and half of July he still came out and mowed about every two weeks b/c he didn't think we were keeping up with it. But he never mentioned anything to me about it and just did it. Then in July I told him we noticed he was mowing the lawn, and we were doing the best we could, but we could not do it all in one day. It was taking us about 6 days per week to mow the whole thing. He was on the rude side and said, "Well, what is the problem?" and acted like we werer really lazy and he said, "I can't do your lawn anymore." So anyway, we continued doing it but more vigorously this time and it has worn us out. Anyway, I paid my rent for the first and the manager said he would like to keep up for tenants and next summer he would charge us $100 dollars to mow our yard b/c gas is too high and he has a riding mower. Is this reasonable? I figured that out over the course of a year and that would be about $600 extra we will be shelling out from April until September or October, which would bring our rent up to $700 if you figure that amount out over a year's time. The house is not worth more than $600 to $650. I have had people tell me that he should do the lawn himself because it is way too much for the size of our house, but I am not sure. I did agree to do it. Should we take him up on his offer or find someone cheaper or move. I don't want to go through this mowing next year and can't afford a tractor mower. Thanks for listening and offering advice in advance.

I have a Kabota T1600H lawn tractor mower and need a battery?
The manual says that it takes a 12v 35AH (amp hours). The terminals are like those on a car battery--round posts on top. Can you help me find a replacement and are there other ways to indicate the 32AH like 800 amps, and so on?
